How long is the processing time?

If we have the item in stock, we aim to have it shipped out within 2 business days. If we need to build the watch, please allow up to 2 weeks for us to source the parts then build.

What is the delivery time frame?

Once the item has been shipped, it should arrive in 4 - 5 business days. Our delivery partner will provide you with a tracking number.

Does these come in different colours?

All of our watches are built in Australia using individual parts. If you have any special request, you can contact us through our contact page and we will reach out to you to customise your dream watch!

Is there warranty for my new watch?

We offer 6 months warranty on our watches so if there are any issues, please contact us via our contact page and we will reach out!

Can I get a refund if I changed my mind?

We regret to inform that we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Therefore, we kindly request that you make your selections thoughtfully and carefully prior to finalising your purchase.
